“I have a pair before the redesign that have gone with me everywhere and I love, so I got a new color for this trip. They are literally unwearable without socks, which makes them useless as a water shoe. The mesh fabric on the back heel of the shoe is so abrasive it's shredding my skin. Moreover the threads are plastic with the ends melted into scratchy pieces that I had to pick off with tweezers. I'm actually furious at how terribly they ruined my favorite shoe. The sizing is off too, they run large, not small.”

“The shoe doesn't fit and I want to return it. But I am waiting over a week now to get the return ticket and nothing is happening. The service seems to ignore the issue and I can't send it back to get my money back”

“I purchased these shoes for my upcoming trip to the island of Antigua. Thought they would be great to walk around, maybe get wet, and they’d be ok. However, leading up to the trip, I was breaking them in around the house and proceeded to get blisters on my heals, as you would wear these with no socks, right. They need to redesign the heal area to prevent this. Needless to say, I won’t be taking them. They might be ok if you wear no-show socks, but not with no socks.”
