How satisfied are you with the product quality? I don’t like the material used

“The design of these shoes is visually appealing; however, the seams where the upper folds into the shoe are poorly finished. The stitching is abrasive and scratches the skin, which made them uncomfortable to wear without socks. I returned them immediately in favor of a different brand with a more ergonomic design. While this may be a matter of personal sensitivity, I wanted to share my experience as a warning to others who might have similar concerns.”

“The first day i used them i noticed a black stain (probably grease). I made dozens of product but the stain is there. When wet, many hours to dry”

“sieht schön aus. ist leider für mich zu schmal. besonders negativ ist, dass sich die nähte bereits nach wenigen einsätzen lösen und der schuh somit nicht mehr für seinen einsatz genutzt werden kann. für diese preisklasse kein gutes ergebnis”

“The backpack itself is good. The quality, materials, and overall design met my expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with the order was one of the worst I’ve ever had. DHL failed to deliver my package several times because they couldn’t correctly process my address. I had to contact DHL myself multiple times to resolve the issue. During this time, I asked the store to cancel my order and issue a refund, but they still shipped it. Communication from customer support was very disappointing. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my concerns. I only received a proper response and an apology after I left a very low rating. Even though I’m happy with the backpack itself, customer service and the overall buying experience are just as important. Because of the poor communication and stressful delivery process, I can’t give this product a higher rating.”

“The stitching on these shoes came apart in under a month. I'm now 3 working days into a complaint with no resolution in sight. I have been requested to send the same pictures of the fault on 3 separate occasions by 2 different methods. This company is like any other - loath to solve any issue, they make it difficult to raise a problem hoping you'll give up like Amazon or a UK water company. don't be fooled by the cutsey language on the website.”

“The product is way too expensive for its practicality and quality, and the customer service is really bad: I bought this bag about a year ago, and it was a little bit expensive, but why not? The bag was less practical than expected, as the upper access is not the easiest, but the bag was good. After a year, a small hole appeared from unglued material, and I contacted support for a defective bag. I was welcomed with an AI answer, which was a little bit frustrating. It took more than a month to obtain a new one, and I had to almost harass them to have the new product I paid for sent.”

“After 3 weeks of using the shoes, the logo stitched at the top of the shoe tongue broke. The shoes are comfortable but it doesn’t seem to have the greatest quality.”
