How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“I like the backpack, but after two short trips the bottle holder got broken. The net is extremely weak. Expending 200€ on a backpack and don’t have the ability to use the bottle holder after two trips is very frustrating and disappointing. On too of that and not related with the bottle holder, I had several issues with customer service which are very unhelpful.”

“Described as shoes you can wear bare foot, a lot of the advert picture show people wearing the shoes without socks. After 2-3 days, the inside sole detaches and starts crumbling. In other words, the shoes become non functional. A previous tropicfeel model had more rigid inside soles,”

“Im sure the quality is great but these shoes are not for everyone. The fit is very wide and doesn’t hug my foot the proper way and my heels constantly slip out. Tightening the shoelaces doesn’t do very much more than making them uncomfortable. Can’t return since I already used them.”

“Having several pairs of Tropic Feel shoes already I was disappointed to find these much narrower than my other pairs, they were not comfortable at all so had to be returned.”
