“Waited 3 weeks and yet to receive these trainers Evri and Tropicfeel have been very difficult each asking me to contact the other. I sent proof from Evri that they had lost the package but still I am asked to fill a form in. Very disappointing customer service by both companies.”

“Shoes are great, lightweight and super comfy, BUT the little suede line on the front renders the water repellent finish on the rest of the shoe useless. If you step in a puddle or even just walk through wet grass, the suede gets wet and so do your socks!”

“I like the backpack, but after two short trips the bottle holder got broken. The net is extremely weak. Expending 200€ on a backpack and don’t have the ability to use the bottle holder after two trips is very frustrating and disappointing. On too of that and not related with the bottle holder, I had several issues with customer service which are very unhelpful.”
