“The metrics of AT HDry are realy misleading. I had bought first another shoes from Tropicfeel the same size and they are ok, but thees ones are much to tight and short for me. I would love to change them for the biger ones or give them back.”

“I've been asked to return this order and have refound, but instead of it you send me back another pair of shoes. I've send you a mail of assistance and haven't received any answer. After many years and shoes, I'm very disapointed.”

“The shoes arrived crumpled and looked nothing like the ones in the photos. I wanted to request a refund, which was no longer possible because I had selected ‘exchange’ when returning the item. I sent the shoes back two weeks ago, and since then I have received neither money nor replacement shoes. It’s a huge disgrace and a big disappointment.”

“Shoes were actually great, but too tight across the arch. Replacement shoes were approved and extra cost paid. Tropicfeel confirmed that UPS were to pick up the original shoes weeks ago, but they still haven't turned up, so no new shoes delivered. I'm VERY disappointed.”
