Can not review product, I have not received. But for sure can tell that customer service is very poor. After several intentions to contact with - still have no solution. Not fist time have this problem with Tropicfeel, my previous order as well comes with huge delay. So if you think to by new shoes from them - it takes time. For sure not 4-6 business days as they promise. Or by it from resales . Very disappointet.

For some strange reason these have ‘Beyond Travel’ across the sides and back of shoe and looks really bad. It’s a shame as apart from that they are the same as the other Tropicfeel I have had and the colour is good but the writing just ruins the shoe. Returned item.

We have returned the shoes through Evri as directed but I keep getting messages saying they have yet to be returned?? Maybe you could help with this?

These were a gift for my wife and I also purchased another different coloured pair for myself. They were left on my doorstep by the delivery company with no card and were stolen before I got home. Its been over three weeks since we reported this to tropicfeel and the delivery company and there is no progress. On occasion I have been asked the same questions as when I first reported them stolen. I have now asked my credit card company to retrieve the funds. Overall a dreadful experience with a company I have purchased from quite a few times before. Very disappointed

If you order several items like I did, I would recommend taking photos of the unopened box and each item before you unpack them. This item was missing, by the time I noticed and reported it to the customer service I was asked to send photos of the box as it arrived and all items inside it, something I had not done. Because I did not have these pictures , I was told they could not help me any further. I would class it almost as a scam. Who takes photos of their unopened items? Awful customer service. Worst of all, I really need this bag as part of my backpack combo so I will most likely have to repurchase it again.

While I liked the shoe, it was unfortunate a bit too small for me (size 42). I tried to exchange it for a larger size (43) which wasn’t possible as it’s currently sold out. Tropicfeel claims the first exchange is for free which was not the case for me. I was able to choose between getting my money back minus a fee or receive a gift card balance plus a bonus. I’ve chosen the balance since I intended to wait for my size to be available again which hasn’t been the case so far. So I’m currently without my money and shoes. I’ll update my review once the situation is resolved (either receiving a full refund on my bank account or a pair of shoes in size 43).
