How satisfied are you with the product quality? I don’t like the material used

“Never again i will buy shoes from tropic feels. These hurt really bad at my inner arch, i mailed with the customer service and for returning i had to pay 15 euro which is absurd. The most stupid thing is that i can’t try the fit of these shoes in a store.”

“After 2 weeks using, still feel pain on the right foot but as I was hoping to relieve I didn't return them. Also find them too slippery in wet pavement. I thought the grip would be stronger. And when it pours my socks get completely soaked. don't protect at all from water. So, good on the look, not so good in the feel.”

“I like the aesthetic of the shoe but the heel design is too high. It makes it very difficult to put on and causes chafing to the heel. I tried to return or exchange, well within the 30 day window as specified on website, but I have had no luck. Would not recommend”

“Order #719687: The shoes were too small for me so it is difficult to rate them from 1 to 5 as I never wore them other than trying them on for size. I had arranged for a return in exchange for a credit so I could buy something else from Tropic Feel. Still awaiting a response for both pairs of shoes (see below review for Khaki pair)”

“Order #719687: The shoes were too big for me so it is difficult to rate them from 1 to 5 as I never wore them other than trying them on for size. I had arranged for a return in exchange for a credit for my All Black pair that were too small for me so I could buy something else from Tropic Feel. The size was not what I ordered. I ordered a 43, 9, 9.5 but was given a pair of size 44, 9.5, 10. Now I want to return both pairs for a credit as one pair (All Black) was too small and the other (Khaki) was too big.”

“The heel area is quite high and stiff, which causes rubbing and makes the shoes uncomfortable to wear. They are not easy to break it at all. Considering the price, I expected much better comfort”
