“I really liked this style of shoe, but the sole is a pink colour which is not mentioned in the description, so being called Onyx White is misleading and it’s not obvious from the photos. Had to return.”

“The toiletry bag looks spacious, but it doesn’t actually fit much. It’s difficult to get creams or makeup out of it. I travel a lot and only carry small tubes and travel-size items, but even then it just doesn’t work well. One design change I’d do immediately is for the transparent inner bag to be removable, so you can take it with you to the shower. The materials are good, and the bag looks nice. I also have a Tropicfeel roll-up toiletry bag, which is much better (though the material isn’t as refined). I’ll keep using the old one and try to find a use for this toiletry bag, but overall I’m disappointed.”

“In der Beschreibung stand, dass die Schuhe größer ausfallen. Daher habe ich meine normale Schuhgröße bestellt, da tropicfeel aus Erfahrung immer kleiner ausfällt, dachte ich das gleicht sich dann aus. Doch die Schuhe waren viel zu klein und zu schmal. Außerdem ist die Rücksendepolitik absolut schlecht (will man sein Geld zurück, muss man 15€ für den Rückversand zahlen, nimmt man einen Gutschein, bekommt man noch 5€ Guthaben oben drauf). Daher wurde dort ein letztes Mal bestellt und ab jetzt nie wieder!”
