“Very disappointing. The fabric trim around the ankle hole started to fray immediately, and the knot stoppers and aglets came off within a month. I've asked for replacements but haven't received them. Bit of a slap in the face that they're trying to get me to buy new shoes with a new 'lace system', rather than addressing the problems their existing shoes have”

“1) After a few weeks of normal wear to work and back, I hit the outside tow on something and it formed a visible "crack" in the material. Not sure how to repair it, but it doesn't seem to be spreading. Would expect more from a shoe that is marketed towards all terrain trekking in the outdoors. 2) The left shoe has a strange "pop" while walking, as you're pushing off in your back step as your foot bends near your toes, it "pops" and it doesn't feel good and also creates a "pop" sound you, and anyone around you can hear. 3) One of the shoe lace caps "Knot Stoppers" fell off while walking, and I've used their customer support form to request replacements twice now, and still no sign of them, or any e-mails and it has been months.”

“The Instagram ads were tempting, but the reality was disappointing. These shoes are unbearably tight for high arches, leaving red marks and discomfort after a full day at work. They also lack breathability. After three attempts, I gave up—these shoes are simply not wearable for me.”

“I expected a lot more for the price. It only works if you wear small thin clothes. Vacuum bags work better and do not add the extra weight that this accessory does. I would have returned the it, but the return policy is very strict.”

“I expected a lot more for the price. The zipper pulls are too small. The rounded top waste valuable space. The front laptop compartment is pointless b/c the exterior compression straps have slits/holes that expose the laptop compartment. There are no interior compression straps. The bag is not symmetrical and looks faulty. Also, the inner liner zipper does line up. There isn’t enough protection on the bottom, so the material touches the ground. Overall, the bag looks and feels cheap and I doubt it will last long. I would have returned the bag, but the return policy is very strict.”

“I purchased 5 pairs of tropicfeel shoes, and love them all .... BUT! there is a big issue with size ... They vary from model to model and I can never be certain if they will fit. I buy 40 or 41, and don't know about other sizes, but these sizes vary and it's something that must not happen!”
