“I am very disappointed with these shoes. Unfortunately, they seem to have a technical defect. After wearing them for the first time, the back of the shoe rubbed my heel so badly that it caused a large and painful wound. I expected much better quality and comfort, especially from new shoes. Instead, they turned out to be impossible to wear without causing injury. The sama happend to my friends who have also ordered the same model”

“Shoes are firm, and not comfortable. Claimed to be All-Terrain, however the grip is extremely poor on wet surfaces. Laces look untidy and stick out when tightened”

“Smallest size did not fit, it was a hassle to return. Needed to pay 15 euros AND print out a label. It is 2026 not 2016, no one owns a printer and you should know this.”

“I REALLY want to love this backpack but once I packed it, it was incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I’m 5’3”, 150 lbs and no matter how I adjusted the bag, it hurt my collarbone and shoulders so much. It’s like it’s too wide for my frame and with the straps sewn directly to bag (no flex material in between) I don’t see a way that I can make it work for me. I missed the return window and cut off the tags already so I’m stuck with it which is a bummer because it was expensive even with a the discount code. Unfortunately it’s a not the bag for me but I do love the design and functionality of it all, especially with the kangaroo pocket, the extra wardrobe system and the extra toilet kit (both of these run quite small in my opinion). I think this would be better for a guy with broader shoulders.”

“I bought them back in January 26 so I can finally leave a review after 1 month of daily use. Previously I had the original cala then bought the sunset version. Since I live in Belgium, I wanted shoes that I could wear during raintime and the comfort I've had with my previous tropic feel shoes. The comfort is there when I walk in dry days, but not when there's water on the ground : these shoes have less grip than my worn out sunset or my 25€ cheap version of dr martens, and I don't think that's fairly normal for shoes advertised as being able to use during riny times that are way more expensive. I've slipped on several parts of my town's streets, and to be fair I live in Belgium in a city with paved roads, but I don't have this trouble with other shoes, even tropic feel ones. Then comes the rain part. Living in Belgium we can have strong downpours and the shoes don't really perform well, and my feet were soaked within the 10 minutes I've been outside. Sure, I would have been soaked with my sunset, but I can have gortex shoes for roughly the same price as the geyser and be rain safe. In light rain, ironically, my sunset perform only very slightly worse than the geyser while having more grip, so what's the point. Yep, I'm feeling a bit let down with these shoes and I wanted to convey my honest review.”

“First , I appreciate your interest of having the review of your Client and to encourage for a feedback! I would like to give you shortly my point of view I didnt know your Brand since the "algorithm of Social media" decided to bring you in front of my screen - first, the shape, the promise of the Brand and the overall Value in relationship with the price, created an interesting option for me , so I decided to proceed. - As far as the delivery, the DHL was excellent - accurate , consistent and reliable, the Greek partner [ACS Company, and expecially the franchisee here in the place I live [ Syros island in Greece ] is much lower than the expected [in case of interest I can come back in an other message ]... and I am standing in front of the Box with the shoes !!! Aesthetically the shoes are nice - totally in accordance of what was expected ... But the "low-quality' Plastic feeling was not only against my expectations and my ideology in terms of what "healthy shoes" means to me, but also somehow "strange" in usage [the "breathing" of shoe is limited... So, taking this under consideration, the possibility of buying any other pair of shoes from your Brand is limited....”
