“Fair warning to all: This company uses AI for their "customer service" and does not provide any exchanges or refunds, despite their website and their "responses" to claim that they do and how "easy" it all is. Still waiting for the exchange information after a week with zero response from their "customer service".”

“I would love to review these shoes but frustratingly I’m unable to do so as they never arrived. It’s been almost a month and after chasing up the non arrival have not been given a definitive reason for the delay other then they were never dispatched to the courier. Meanwhile I’m seeing tropical feel specials on social media continuing to market these shoes to others. I’m feel sorry for others who will have To no doubt experience the same frustrations.”

“This is my third pair of Tropicfeels. The 42 is too big. The 41 is too small. Why no half sizes? It is too complicated to order both sizes and compare in one go. First I order the 42. Then exchange it for the 41 to discover that the 42 is as good as it is going to get. And why do you force customers into a exchange funnel instead of ordering multiple sizes in one go. So, for me I need to cushion the shoe out with a heel insert or always wear socks. In any case the seam against the heel is so rough that I will need a heel insert or socks to prevent blisters.”

“This is a terrible shoe - the colour is nice, but the back is too high and rigid, especially for a sockless shoe - this would be painful to wear even with socks. Not easy to put on or off, like really hard work, and when I did get them on within 100m of walking it had stripped the skin from the back of both my ankles. I had some great tropicfeels before but these were a huge disappointment. Moreover, I am still waiting for a response to my issues with the shoe from the company. Overall - big disappointment - especially as I was really looking forward to a new pair. Will look for an alternative brand in the future.”

“I ordered two oders of shoes and both deliveries were botched by UPS due to the fact that UPS Messed up the delivery address both times and deleted the floor and apt# given with the order And was correct in your system. Never got the shoes and had to get refunds for both orders. I would love to have those shoes but wlll not order Again due to your use of UPS.”
