“The heal is to high on the back which causes irritation to the skin where the heal contacts the skin while walking or hiking. This needs a softer edge at the contact area.”

“Never came. Won’t refund. Won’t send me another one. Never got a delivery confirmation email and yet they insist it came. Basically they just stole my money. Hellish experience.”

“I ordered two pairs of this shoe. One for me, one for my girlfriend. My girlfriends shoe had issues with the sticthing of the Tropicfeel brand label on the shoes lip which was loose the minute we took it out of the box. We returned it for new shoes three times but all shoes that came back had the identical issue every time. Makes me think a new pair of shoes was never sent back, but the same pair was always returned for some reason. I ended up refunding the shoes. My shoes work just fine after a few wears.”

“After initially ordering a UK size 9.5 (my normal size), I found the shoes to be too long, but acceptable (though not fully comfortable) in terms of width. The length bothered me as the upper material bent awkwardly on my toes, suggesting that after long term wear, they would be uncomfortable. I returned the shoes, asking for a UK size 9 as replacements. These were significantly smaller in terms of width and length, and I was actually unable to put them on at all, mostly due to the restrictive way the laces work, and the opening of the shoe being very stiff. Unfortunately, I've had to return both pairs, and suffer a financial loss on the return of the 2nd pair (the 1st pair were returned FoC). Tropicfeel's marketing is excellent, but the width of their shoes, for moderate-to-wider width feet, is not quite up to the mark. I've reverted to some new and very comfortable Sketchers, which are my tried and tested preferred brand. Sorry Tropicfeel, please consider offering wider alternatives in the future.”
