“The product never got delivered and customer service put me in the loop to nowhere. In the end I had to file a claim with the credit card company because customer service couldn’t find the package, resend, or offer a refund.”

“Very nice backpack, but poor quality. After the second day of use, one shoulder strap broke. It's a shame because the price isn't that low. Furthermore, since it has no pockets, it's not very convenient for traveling. If you need to use it for a trip, I recommend another, more practical model.”

“Unfortunately, the bag is not really what I expected from a backpack being described as "Performance Outdoor" on Tropicfeel's website. Within 1 week of normal use, the mesh of the bottle holder has torn. Also, some fraying can already be seen on bands. The bag has a fun list where you can note your trips on, but with this experience I'm afraid the bag won't last long enough to fill the list; which is quite disappointing given the pricepoint of the bag. Also the inner pockets feel slightly flimsy. On the other hand, the aesthetic of the bag is nice. I like the expandability with the kangaroo pouch.”
