“Bought right size but one shoe gave me heel blisters due to imperfection. Trying to return now which is proving a nightmare. So many steps involved, multiple photo uploads. Pretty convinced they are making return process overly onerous so people give up trying. Additionally the refund will only come in form if voucher for more shoes that will probably give me blisters again.”

“I bought these for a trip to Croatia where the terrain is pretty rocky, so ideal for the beach, sea and rocks. However one of my feet is slightly smaller than the other, which meant the back of the show rubbed my heal the entite time resulting in huge blisters, so I have to use socks, which kind of eliminates the who 'use in water' concept! It would be better if the heal of the shoe didn't feel like sandpaper.”
