“After receiving a pair with torn mesh on the side of the shoe it was quickly changed out for a new pair. That one had the same issue within a day and while it serves for nothing but a decorative purpose I think it is still a design flaw. Maybe make the stitch just a size bigger or deeper in the mesh so it holds together more. I was not able to change the second pair out since I wore those outside for 1 day.”

“Never had a bad experience like that. I tried to order a wardrobe, one month for the "express" in the wrong address. At the end i had a different product. They sent to me another product cheaper. Crazy.”

“The backpack itself is ok, but hope that you dont have any complications. The customer service is horrible. For the price im sure you can get an equally ok backpack but will have a better customer experience when there are problems.”
