How satisfied are you with the product quality? I don’t like the material used

“I had already bought tropicfeel shoes and was happy with them, but these are unsuitable for the city because your feet sweat a lot, without a stream nearby it is like wearing two plastic bags on your feet”

“I'm writing this review consciously and with detail for the overall view of my experience. The most important point, the shoes didn't even last 2 months. I bought this in late May and starting July I noticed a hole was beginning to show up from the side of the right shoe. I hoped it stayed that way, but it became bigger and bigger (obviously with more usage). This is mainly why I decided to look in my email for the review request that I postponed until I had used them for a while. Now for the other "minor" details; when I first used them it didn't feel like it was the size I bought. I compared it with other shoes I have from other brands (also one pair that I bought after), but this was way different in what should be the same size (with a normal slight difference between brands). Moreover, the first few times I put them on I began to have blisters on my toes and around my foot. I thought it could be because they were new, but it lasted more than it should've. I was looking for shoes specifically for walking that would last a decent amount of time. I took it seriously looking in the web for shoes that fit my expectations and I thought these were the ones as they emphasize the durability and in some cases "all terrain". I think I threw away my money and would probably be better off even with the”

“Your womens size 7.5 runs big. It's actually a size 8 US. Your women's size 6.5 runs big. It's atually a size 7 US. I wear size 7.5 US--but because your shoes run big, that would translate to a size 7 in your shoes. Tropicfeel does not stock womens size 7 US , which, per above, is actally a womens 7.5 US, the most popular womens size in the US. Why do you not stock my size, the most popular womens shoe size in America? Tarrifs?”

“Not only does the shoe look tacky with creases near the toes, the material is thin, the sole is uncomfortable and the shoes lacks structure. The shoes also keeps slipping off when I walk. The worst bit? The company says you're entitled to free returns within 30 days but they charge 12-15 Euro for shipping. What a scam.”

“Long story short when I ordered I had an old address in my file. I noticed this right after I purchased the item. Emailed them within a minute to update the address. They said once an order is made you can’t change the address or cancel the order. So I’m just out $120. Can’t believe this day and age they couldn’t address the issue right away.”
