“I tried them out after receiving nd it was just a bit uncomfortable on the back side of foot. After long hesitation of making a return request, I found out that it won't be 100% and decided to give it a try anyway. Turned out the problem wasn't only there, just after first walk I had to use lots of blisters... But return policy states that they can't be returned after using outside, so I don't know what to do with them now... I thought it mighty be a size problem, and they a bit to big, but smaller size wouldn't just fit...”

“Currently unable to properly review the shoes themselves because the ordering and returns process has been such a drawn-out ordeal. Our original order arrived incomplete due to a warehouse/shipping error, meaning only 2 of the 3 pairs ordered were delivered. After numerous back-and-forth emails - all initiated by us - the missing pair was eventually resent, but by then the sizing issue became apparent. Even after sizing down based on other reviews, the shoes still came up large, with the heel collapsing at the back due to the stretchy material. Customer service staff have been polite, but the process overall has been slow, repetitive and inefficient, and the return issue is still unresolved. Once this is dealt with properly, I will update the review fairly.”

“These fit super snug, not for wide feet. So ai had to send them back and now I am not getting my money back. I’ve ordered a first pair that were too big. So got a gift card in return (my choice) because I wanted to try a smaller size. That smaller size did not fit well. And not I am not getting my money back because they only want to refund me with a gift card. So apart from the fact that the shoes git very snug, I am not the unhappy owner of a gift card. And a customer service that refuses to give me my refund in money. So very poor service.”

“Even if the lenghts of the show was ok, it was not wide enough. For A slip on it wasn’t possible to enter the shoe without hands. Due to the tight fit, it felt uncomfortable. I had to send it Back and lost 15 Euros for it due to the unfriendly returning conditions Never Tropicfeel again.”
