The shoe’s tongue has some design issues: it’s very stiff, and on a soft fabric like a sock it causes quite a bit of discomfort/pain. This is my fifth pair from Tropic Feel and the difference is noticeable. Also, the type of coating wrinkles in a way that looks pretty bad and nothing like the photos they show. I haven’t returned it because Tropic Feel’s return costs are far from cheap. I’d been happy buying from this brand until now, but I think I’ll be much more careful with my next purchases.

I followed the tracking on my package from UniUni? I have never heard of that carrier before, but I hope I am never forced to use them again. The shoes never arrived despite tracking showing they were due to be delivered. Then the tracking updated for a couple days, each adding a day to the delivery date. Eventually tracking just quit updating despite being almost a week behind. I filed a request with Tropicfeel who asked me to manually fill out a form with all of the information they already had. Then I made a request with UniUni who didn't respond until the package was eventually delivered a week late. Then they told me "oh sir it looks like your package has been delivered, we're closing this ticket." It would have been fine if tracking was up to date or if a real human being was available to talk to about it. On top of that, the shoes arrived with some stains and a damaged shoelace (I believe these shoes were returned. I wonder why??)

Impossible to put on, no space to actually enter my feet into the shoes. Size ordered is the one I normally use and they are supposed to come large according yo website ... Had to return twice, very disappointing.

Previous DryPack shoulder straps tore. I was hoping this one might be better constructed. The reality is that the quality (less expensive materials and construction) on everything has gone down since my last purchase 2 years ago.

I have bought this brand before and been pleased. However, my latest purchase has been a nightmare. Paid £97 pounds for shoes that didn’t arrive. Despite daily emails to the customer service the situation never resolved itself as all they are interested in is investigating this with their delivery company EVRI. I ended up claiming back through my credit card.

It’s a pity that this shoe has the same name as the old Geyser model. This model had as features the thermo regulation and h-dry. So I bought this model because the older model wasn’t available in my size, dus this one doesn’t have the feautures. I think it’s misleading to give a shoe the same name as previous ones as they have different features.
