“Shoe was too wide (I do not have wide feet, I would usually go for regular women's shoes) and the shoes were uncomfortable with the bit atthe back digging in to my ankles. Otherwise I wish I could have kept them as I love the concept of the Tropicfeel shoes but I do not feel they suit narrow and wide feet equally.”

“30 days and I’m still waiting for it. I’ve emailed an absurd amount of times asking where my item is. I’ve requested a refund multiple times due to it still saying it’s not even with the courier on your tracking. I can’t believe I’ve been asked to review the item. The irony. Tropicfeel is a scam that robs you, sends you nothing, and only replies with AI generated emails when trying to chase it up. The amount of times I’ve received an email saying “we’ll investigate” is a joke.”

“The design is nice, but the workmanship is very poor… There's glue everywhere. And to think you bought it on AliExpress… For the price, it's unacceptable. I recommend other, equivalent brands.”

“Completely unusable for me. The sole might be the correct size (47), but I can’t say for sure because it’s impossible to get my foot into the shoe. The opening is absolutely not designed for feet in size 47. The shockingly small entry makes it impossible to put the shoe on at all. Avoid if you have larger feet or a sizeable heel-to-ankle.”
