“Very nice backpack, but poor quality. After the second day of use, one shoulder strap broke. It's a shame because the price isn't that low. Furthermore, since it has no pockets, it's not very convenient for traveling. If you need to use it for a trip, I recommend another, more practical model.”

“Unfortunately, the bag is not really what I expected from a backpack being described as "Performance Outdoor" on Tropicfeel's website. Within 1 week of normal use, the mesh of the bottle holder has torn. Also, some fraying can already be seen on bands. The bag has a fun list where you can note your trips on, but with this experience I'm afraid the bag won't last long enough to fill the list; which is quite disappointing given the pricepoint of the bag. Also the inner pockets feel slightly flimsy. On the other hand, the aesthetic of the bag is nice. I like the expandability with the kangaroo pouch.”

“The shoe comfort was good. But I started developing issues once I wore them. The stitching was not perfect. The laces holder was feel off. And there is no customer care phone number to talk. It’s is like send mail and wait until someone replies.Not good.”

“The toiletry bag does the job and fits most toiletry items but did have to buy some extra bits so that everything could fit as it is pretty slim in size. The reason for the 3 star rating is because mine arrived dirty, with marks and stains on the plastic wallet inside the bag. I go on holiday tomorrow so i haven't had time to replace it, i just think the quality control was a bit rubbish with this product and for the price i would have expected better.”
