How satisfied are you with the product quality? I love the product! It´s amazing

“The vest is comfortable, warm, and fits perfectly with the base layers. However, two main design defects undermined my experience and left me disappointed with its performance for daily casual use and performance on severe cold or rain. First: The hood gets very odd on the back and there is a non-functional zipper on that. It was likely intended to make the hood shorter or more aesthetic, but it simply does not work. Whether the zipper is open or closed, the hood sits awkwardly on the back. It would be much better if the design either allowed the hood to be stowed away for a more elegant look or removed the zipper scheme entirely. Second: The extendable bottom is a brilliant idea, especially with the magnet technology instead of classic buttons, but it falls short in execution. It only adds about 10 to 13cm of length, which provides very little additional protection for the lower body in rain or severe cold. For a feature marketed as an "extensible vest," I would expect an extension of at least 25cm to make a meaningful difference. I still believe and recommend the brand, but my next purchase will be the last chance. Till now, 3 out of 3 failed.”

“This is my third pair of shoes of Tropic Feel but all the sizes are different. I have size 37, but My last pair I had to change to 38. Now I bought a new pair, so I thought I need 38. I bought them in the black friday deal. This 38 is too big. I have to change them to 37 and have to pay the full price. I tried to write the service desk , about this situation , but I got a general replay. Not an answer to my question. I hope the 37 will fit ( which I buy now for 129 euro instead of 77 euro) But the shoes are amazing.”

“So first I love this shoe but in the same time I hate it. Why? Because it‘s the third pair I bought in two years. I already called the problems of the quality issues out to the company but didn’t get a replacement. The shoe will break in about 4/5 months of wearing them daily. I showed pictures of both pairs and no replacement both shoes show the same issue. Now I have my third pair I will already know they will break till June 26. sad but this will be the future.”

“I wear a EU42, the website said the shoe runs large, so I ordered 41 and they were slipping off my heel, so I returned them for a 40, two sizes below my usual. Those are now too tight, but somehow, still slip off my heel. On my first day wearing them, one of the rubber gaskets holding the laces in place simply disappeared. I've been trying to wear them, but it's a very uncomfortable experience, as they're both too tight and too loose simultaneously.”

“I ordered the product and one lace was broken. I returned the product and they send me a new one, again with a lace broken. The quality of the rest of the shoe can be great but I can rate it better. Low quality, high price.”
