My wife made me throw out the shoes out after one week because they started smelling so bad. I dont know what materials were used in the shoes, but ive never experienced something close to this unpleasent. Definetly cant suggsest this product to others.

Dear Tropicfeel Customer Service, I placed an order with Tropicfeel, which initially proceeded without issue. The shoes were delivered relatively quickly; however, the size was incorrect. Following your official return procedure, I requested an exchange for a smaller size. The replacement was scheduled to be delivered two weeks ago. Despite multiple inquiries to your customer service team, I have yet to receive the replacement product. While I do receive responses to my messages, no concrete solution has been offered. I was informed that a refund is no longer possible because the exchange process has already been initiated. I find this response highly unsatisfactory. Order was placed on 13 may. I am still waiting on de replacement shoes. Sincerely, Jeroen

I was given a pair of Baltic Navy Sunsets - they are great and I really like them except for the fact that the stitching has failed on the ankle section of one of my shoes. Unfortunately the shoes were a gift and so I cannot provide TropicFeel with an order number, and so they subsequently refuse to take responsibility for the fault. I would rate the left foot shoe a 5-star, its just the right foot shoe that drops the score down!

Of the two sizes I ordered 1 arrived. The pair that did arrive didn’t fit and I returned. The return was never processed. They use an obscure shipper “flexport”. Despite contacting TropicFeel customer service and receiving over 10 emails no resolution on either issue was reached. I had to chargeback both purchases with my cc. The shoe itself looked alright but is very cheap and not worth the cost. Like the kind of shoe that should be sold on a hanger in a discount store. Great marketing but buyer beware. Stay away from this company

Comprate per del trekking leggero, dopo solo due giorni di uso un po’ della gomma termosaldata ha iniziato a staccarsi in entrambe le scarpe. Per il resto molto leggere e comode.
