“I ordered size 46 and it’s way too large consider to my other 4 different tropic feel shoes all same size Customer service extremely unhelpful and charged me to return the shoes I loved tropicfeel but after this customer service experience I will never use again”

“the shoes vary in size size 11 or 46 is not comparable across shoe models. Customer service basically said tough and charged mine to return them - despite their sizes not being consistent STAY AWAY FROM TROPICFEEL”

“AVOID. I found out the hard way why this bunch of crooks have 3700 one star reviews on Trustpilot. This jacket never arrived because Tropicfeel use Evri in the UK, and Evri left the jacket outside on the street rather than delivering it. I asked for a refund on this basis and Tropicfeel refused to acknowledge that the delivery didn't happen (despite the fact that the delivery guy took a clear photo of the package left in the street). Now they are refusing to refund (this is a common theme in their Trustpilot reviews, as is failure of delivery). It's 4 weeks since they failed to deliver my package and they still haven't even admitted the jacket wasn't delivered.”

“Never again i will buy shoes from tropic feels. These hurt really bad at my inner arch, i mailed with the customer service and for returning i had to pay 15 euro which is absurd. The most stupid thing is that i can’t try the fit of these shoes in a store.”

“After 2 weeks using, still feel pain on the right foot but as I was hoping to relieve I didn't return them. Also find them too slippery in wet pavement. I thought the grip would be stronger. And when it pours my socks get completely soaked. don't protect at all from water. So, good on the look, not so good in the feel.”
