“Not the quality I expected. They are made from recycled plastic bottles and they felt that way. Felt hard, not that comfortable and the sole was hard aswell.”

“The cap that screws into the bottle does not seal liquid inside properly. It actually screws slightly of angle causing the liquid to leak or the rubber to get squished too much leading to significant wear on it”

“Doesnt fit at all. Bought size 41 first but it was too large. Than changed for 40 but seems it is too small. Plus heal seat is not manufactured properly and causes wounds.”

“The shoes while nice, unfortunately did not fit. The sizes on the website do not really correspond to traditional sizes. The Tropicfeel customer service has been very poor. While they initially said they would exchange the shoes for free and cover shipping costs, they later retracted and said I would have to pay for shipping. They have also been very slow to respond and have now stopped responding all together. I would not typically purchase shoes online, but expected based on the company's website that if size or fit were an issue, it could be a painless process to exchange. Unfortunately it has been anything but!”
