“Le scarpe sono piccole e ho chiesto il cambio nel mese di luglio 2021 per avere il numero 40. Nessuna risposta e nemmeno una notizia per dirmi quando avreste cambiato le mie scarpe. Uno schifo totale, nessuna attenzione per il cliente: ho ordinato le scarpe a febbraio in preordine, sono arrivare a luglio e sto ancora aspettando il cambio con il numero 40.”
