“I have emailed you over 10 times and reached out on two social media platforms regarding a refund and I have received NO RESPONSE. Your customer service is appalling, I am disgusted by the way you treat you customers by providing me with no information on how to return my trainers despite you having a returns policy for website orders). You are essentially denying me a refund by not responding but you have taken my money The trainers arrived over a week late yet you seem to take absolutely no responsibly for anything. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“The shoe is really lights and fits ok BUT- it is dangerously slippery on a single drop of any fluid. I slipped and almost fell flat twice in the one week trip that I wore them. I refuse to wear them again since. ALSO the elastic on one side is too tight and creates discomfort. Too bad- I was really looking forward to having the one shoe for all my travel needs”

“besides the big trouble getting the shoe to arrive, when I tried them on at first they were too tight to wear with socks, and when I took the socks off I got blisters on my ankle. not a pleasant experience so far.”

“The shoe appears poorly made with irregular seams, extra material. I would return it if I could actually speak to a person, but I dont have time to play runaround with a customer service department that is nonexistent. After the horrible delay in shipment and the poor customer service, I would NEVER recommend tropicfeel to anyone. I like to support small companies and start upsbut seriously, get your shit together before selling something.”
