“I found it awkward as a backpack and realized that I probably would not be able to use it in that capacity. I therefore realized that it would have to serve more as a suitcase , but the wheels do not turn. It is well-made and the various pockets and sections are well designed. It just didn’t work for me.”

“Terrible service and rude support. I paid for fast shipping because I needed the item for an event. But the delivery was delayed. And no one even warned me and did not answer my questions. I wrote to support with a request to cancel the order, as it was no longer needed. I was ignored and my order was delivered anyway. I wrote to support asking for a purchase return and refund of my money. And this requires me to pay a refund. More money? I liked Tropicfeel products, but I will never buy any again in my life and I told all my friends what a nasty service Tropicfeel has!”

“Transporte malísimo, no te lo entregan, lo depositan directamente en un lugar para que vayas a buscarlo y ni te avisan. En mi caso está alejado y no he podido ir a buscarlo. Att. al cliente de Tropicfeel pésima. Te dicen que no va con ellos la mensajería.”

“I had a pair of these already which I loved and brought these as a replacement. The new shorter laces are too short and I've found these to be too tight since the change was made.”

“Firstly the sizing is way off. 44EU and 10US are not equivalent so the shoe is much bigger than I thought. Despite that you can't loosen the laces much, and they pull really tight, I had marks on the top of my feet from wearing them. The colour is not as bright as they look on the pictures, but they do look quite nice still. Overall this feels like a shoe an influencer is paid to rave about but in reality they are uncomfortable, overpriced but look good!”

“First of all the product and value in my opinion it is not worth that money. Costumers service is ridiculous. I paid extra for delivery express and never arrived on time. I had to speak with them because after a week they didn’t even send the product yet. After that they sent it after few min. They told me they will give me the extra money back but it never arrived.”
