How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large
I am unable to review the shoes as the ones originally ordered were the incorrect size. I sent them back to exchange for a smaller size and despite the fact that they were delivered back on 19 May, it is now 4 June and not only have I not received my replacement shoes but my emails and contact via the website chat have not been satisfactorily addressed.

What I ordered was a NS40 Reversible Vest Night Blue Man M but what I got was a Vest Core Black Woman and am still waiting for the refund.

The whole experience is not nice. I ordered a pair of shoes for a long trip. After wearing the first pair for three days, a hole appeared in both shoes. I texted the company and agreed to send me a new ones, even though I wasn't in Spain anymore. When I arrived back home and opened the second pair of shoes, they were different sizes( one was size 39 and left one was size 41). I had to contact the company several times to exchange them. After that, they told me the color and the model wasn't available anymore so I had to get a different one. I sent the shoes back to the factory so they could send me the right thing ones. After 20 days, I had to contact them several times via chat, email, etc because I didn't receive the exchange. The customer service is just non existing and, the quality? If I have to pay 100€+ for a pair of shoes, I might as well get one that last longer than a week.

i received a defective model. This can happen. Once returned, there is almost no answer from Support team. I already sent 4 mails, and got only 1 answer. I don't know what is happening, and we are more than 3 weeks after i ordered the shoes. This is somehow a bad experience, even if i really loved my first pair of jungle shoes. I asked for a refund, but no answer so far.

Barely made them wearable. Short summary: - wearing them without padding feels like hell - bad shoelaces - SQUEAKING when wet. Seriously, it is loud Now for the details: The reason i wore them outside is because it didn't really feel terrible right away when trying at home, and i trusted the opinion of the others too much, since everyone says "they are comfortable" and "many even prefer them without socks". The size seems right, any bigger would probably be too loose, but it was destroying my feet, I barely made it home after an hour of slow walking and had multiple blisters forming by then. I would probably blame the rough materials and the rigid toecap. 2 problems with the shoelaces as well: - there's pretty much zero room to loosen them - since they are round as opposed to flat, you can easily feel them through the thin fabric layer, which can also get painful if it happens to be at the wrong spot Had to buy toepads and heelpads, now they are wearable but it's not exactly convenient, the heelpads slide up and it's difficult to readjust with those short shoelaces, might have to replace those too... Not worth the high price (plus the price of "accessories") for me at all, considering the only advantage they have over most other shoes is just drain holes

NEVER ARRIVED. Ordered on April 14, 2023. No status updates. Support says working through issues with new warehouses but still NO PRODUCT.
