I bought almost all your Tropicfeel, and all ok and confortable, this one hhurting in many spits, too rough and not smooth the material

This is my third pair of Tropicalfeel shoes and are a replacement for a defective pair (as are one of my other pairs). I love the look and feel of the shoes but the build quality is so poor. To date I've had insoles come apart, heel hooks (to pull them on) come off, and inner heel lining come away. All these issues were across a couple of different pairs and all within the first days of wear. I sincerely wish they could fix the build quality!!!

A nice, modular layout that fits well with the Hive ecosystem of bags. I love the cross over with the Hive waistband that doubles up as a strap for the bag to use solo. It’s a basic cube, with one top zip opening, so don’t expect an easy to access side zip to access a camera or lens.

I ordered these shoes for an upcoming vacation, They came with brown stains on the gray material and what looked like glue stains on the red bottom part. I went online and did an exchange for the same pair of shoes, printed the shipping label sent them back. After a few days, I got an email saying my return was received and I will receive the exchange. Time went by, I did not get the shoes or a confirmation email saying they were shipped, I reached out to customer service, after days of them asking to confirm the order info multiple times, and me having to send screenshots of the email I received saying my return was received, they then stated the returns portal did not automatically process the exchange. I asked them to expedite my exchange because it was a week before my vacation, they was ignored. The new shoes did come the day before my vacation, but, these new shoes were even worse than the original ones, with more brown stains on the gray part where the top of the toes are. I emailed customer service and was given a link to start the return and was told I would also be reimbursed for shipping. I sent them back right away before my vacation. I had ordered other shoes on amazon as a back up, they were great and did the job on vacation. I got an email saying my return was received on April 12. I would assume my refund would be process soon. I never got my refund, I emailed customer service to follow up, again they asked me the same questions over and over to confirm the order information. I then got an email thanking me for opening a warranty request and an email stating they do not accept return on shoes and they offered me a code to purchase the shoes again at no cost. At this time I had already opened a fraud claim on my credit card but continued to email the customer service multiple times a day, sending screen shots of the emails I got from customer service as well as requesting my full refund. I final got an email confirming my refund being processed and was refunded on my card April 28. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, other companies usually say they will refund and no need to send the stained shoes back, I was not trying to get anything for free, many photos were uploaded to the return portal and sent in emails. maybe it was a one time thing with me, just be cautious and think about it before making a purchase. As for the shoe, besides the stains, they looked nice and fit well, I was excited to use them on my vacation but I will never purchase from this company again, it’s a shame.

I bought then for a three months travel in Asia, I didn't were them often, never tested them in water, and only wear them for city walk. After 1,5month of travel they start to break down...
