You tried to create modular products that would fit all of the backpacks and I loved the idea, unfortunately I was a little bit disappointed the it’s either the wardrobe that needs to be done a little bit thinner or the backpack size should be bigger because it’s very problematic to fit the rest of the modules for example the 12 l smart cube, once the wardrobe is in.

The size still doesnt fit for the third time. My ankles are hurting after a long walk. I bought size 41, then 40 and now 39. Still doesnt fit.

I have paid a hefty surcharge for express delivery of 4-6 days but it hasn’t arrived I hope I will hear something from Tropicfeel but nothing so far

My first pair of Geyser had a gap between the sole and upper within one month of non-daily use. The gap forms in the area close to the ball of the foot, where the shoe bends as I walk. Don’t think I’m doing anything wrong, applying any unusual pressure or walking differently than other people. Replacement (second) pair started showing signs of the same issue within two days of use.

I was delivered the wrong size (42 instead of 47) and because of your mistake I still have to pay 7,9 euros in return fees ? Seems very unfair customer policy to me. The products are good but a bit pricey, For that price one could expect more than this kind of service. Beside the delivery issue, I don't find any customer retention system that could facilitate any future order like an order history or so, each of my 3 orders I had to do as I was a new customer again. Alltogether, it doesn't encourage me to place any future order. Best Regards
