“First time I'm not satisfied with a Tropicfeel shoe. The "throatline" of the shoe is too far down, too near the toe cap and maybe even too stiff. This hurts my foot when walking as the throatline bends exactly where my toe joints begin and thus I can't wear the Geyser. The heelcap and topline are also a bit too stiff and too far up. This pains me (pun intended) as I really like Tropicfeel shoes :(”

“The design of the jacket is very useful. It can be transformed into a small package easily. However, if it's raining, the jacked doesn't stay dry very long and you get soaked from the inside. So the jacked can only be used for a soft short rain and is useless otherwise.”

“I‘m disappointed because we received size 36 instead of 38 which we paid and ordered. Unfortunately we didn‘t get an answer to our return request yet. We would be very happy if we could find a solution for this problem.”

“I love the look, but every time I wear them outside in the wet, my socks are wet when I take them off. Either water is getting through the fabric or they're so unbreathable that they're making my feet sweat (I don't usually have that problem!)”

“I wanted a new rucksack for my travels and it stated that the delivery was 2 to3 business days, based on that, I decided on buying, the rucksack got delivered 6 business days later and I missed it for my holiday.”

“I have waited for months for my Geyser with high expectations. After walking them in on a short round my heels are not short of being raw. Looking closely it’s no wonder, there is a seam right at the heel and that -obviously- rubs like hell. I’m absolutely not happy with it.”
