The Canyon Desert Green is my second pair of TropicFeel sneakers after my Sunset Almond White, which I love. Both shoes have problems with staining on the mesh fabric. I wore my Canyon Desert just once last weekend on a hike. It was raining very lightly, and there were some splashes of muddy water on the sneakers. After gently scrubbing the shoes with laundry detergent and a toothbrush before putting them in the washing machine on a fast cycle, the stains are still there. I tried to clean them again with a toothbrush and soap and they just won't go away. Some of the glue on the right shoe where the mesh meets the rubber sole has also started to come off a little. I don't think they will last very long. Very disappointed!

I'm really disappointed since I had to face import taxes for the backpack that were 48% of the total amount. At no time in the purchase process did you notify me that this could happen. I have more screenshots of every step of the purchase process.

Hoping this review will reach the Chairman. The Geyser is very comfortable and as my first pair was broken soon Tropicfeel replaced it. Thanks. But sewing thread is fragile as the leather PU in the front. And also the glue is defective. The synthetic fabric is not waterproof. Please rethink the entire product and produce something more valuable for next fall/winter. Other shoes I bought (Canyon/Monsoon/Sunset are ok...only the sewing thread is too fragile. As per the NS40 please increase the quality of zips ......it will not put in jeopardize your profit and will give to the product more value.

I wanted to take advantage of the black friday (25% discount) having already bought two backpacks, 2 NS40 jackets and a pair of sneakers from you, but I was forced to pay a shipment of 40 euros + 30 euros for customs clearance. I am not at all satisfied with this last purchase. Nice rip off. thanks

Difficult to fit items into it and it is not very compressive when full of clothing which defeats the purpose honestly. A pointless addition to the bag. I wish you all would just sell dividers for the backpack that we could insert into the bag directly and arrange in our desired orientation. This is what I am looking for just dividers within a bag in order to organize and separate my clothing

Product is good, but poor experience with their customer service leaving me with a poor impression of TropicFeel. I really wanted to like this company, their products are super interesting and the pair of shoes I received are fine, but they shipped the package with the wrong (more expensive) price labeled on the shipment form, leaving me to pay more in duties and taxes. After talking to customer support, the response I received was basically "Whoops, we'll make note of that" as opposed to making any sort of amends for their mistake causing the customer to pay more than they needed to.
