“Love the design and ethics behind these shoes and they look great. Sadly when I wore them for a decent length walk they managed to cut my feet even through socks. When I got home and looked inside I found a serrated edge inside the shoe where is has been cut with pinking shears. This edge was sharp and the shoes and quite a plasticy material. I have now managed to trim the serrated edge away and it seems to have sorted the problem. Haven't ever had a problem like this with trainers before and this is by far the most expensive pair I trainers I have purchased so slightly disappointed with the quality control.”

“Nice shoes, they look sturdy, warm, they are probably really waterproof as the advertisement says. The problem is that a pair of shoes that is promoted as wintry, adventurous, suitable for 'stressful' situations, completely waterproof, then has a sole that slips on wet! and it's not that it slips a bit, it slips dangerously, as if one were walking on ice! I risked hurting myself a lot! And to think that this summer I bought a pair of 'Jungle' which turned out to be great, and that's why I bought the Geysers for the winter (two pairs, one for me and one for my wife), and then I find myself in waterproof shoes that can't be used when it rains!”

“No where on their return page does is specify that shoes need to be in “new perfect” condition. It says if you are not “completely satisfied” in 60 days that you can have a refund. How could someone test the shoes, not be completely satisfied, and still have the shoes in perfect condition? I owned mine for less than 30 days, tried them out and found them to be painful, and wanted a return. Then only once you attempt to process a return you are told they need to be in “new perfect” condition. This is a shady company.”

“Bought this shoes for my daughter for three months ago. Nice shoes, perfect fit, but very poor quality. Both shoes are broken. The stitches released on several parts. Pity.”
