“Pack doesn't look as good in person, really bulky and sticks out when barely filled with clothing. The bag and the wardrobe organization system are pretty heavy too, not ideal for travel. Disappointed and also a little embarrassed with myself that I spent that much money on a bag like this.”

“Unfortunately not great… although comfy when on, they are near impossible to actually get on. And as they’re expensive shoes - this is unacceptable. This pair are off to the charity shop or skip. I have very regular width feet - and squeezing them into the opening is very difficult without ruining the back of the shoe, or breaking your finger on the tiny loop at the back as you try to pull them on. I tried to return them after a couple of days, and replace them with the litl version, but was declined as they looked too worn…?! anyway - sorry tropicfeel - your other shoes have been great - but these are an expensive disaster I’m afraid.”

“After a single wear I noticed the threading coming undone on both shoes. Poor quality for the price. The inner sole which isn’t stuck down rides up the back immediately after you start walking and needed to be replaced for an amazing one just to make the shoe wearable. Customer support needed a nudge after logging the issue and although they gave me a code for a new pair the fact that the workmanship is poor and quality can’t be assured makes me wonder if they spend more money on social media marketing and influencers than on actual production of the £90 shoe. Won’t be recommending”

“small and hard to put on”

“I am on my second pair. The first pair is not the same size as was ordered. This means that although the label said 42 EU, it was much larger than that. I returned them for a smaller size. The second pair arrived and the length and width were correct put the opening to put your foot in (from the tongue to the heel) was so small it was nearly impossible to get my foot in. Further the pull tab on the back of the shoe came apart as it wasn’t sewn into the shoe securely. Terrible workmanship over all”
