How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“I got the shell backpack and canyon travel sneakers. One of the zips broke off the shellback after just one month. No way to reattach. After 3.5 months the other zip broke off while I was getting off a bus in El Salvador. Some locals helped re-attach the zip with a knife. Fix was only temporary and eventually zip completely broke and would not seal the bag. Canyon sneakers have been good so far but I am apprehensive based of the poor quality of the shell bag they will last my full year of travel. Tropicfeel don’t let you return your products in Colombia so I couldn’t get a refund or exchanged product. Save your money and do not buy the shell backpack.”

“The XS fit me better than the S (even though from the chart S should have been my size). Used it the first time today while cycling in a very light drizzle. The breathability was very poor. After 10 mins of casual riding, my arms felt humid, so it kinda defeats the waterproofness since my arms were sticky inside. The hood was terrible and did not fit me well as the wind kept pushing it off my head. The adjustment system is not well thought-out; only the upper part can be adjusted, which left the bottom part flapping like gills in the backdraft while cycling (it wasn't even windy) so half my face got wet anyway and the hood got plastered to my forehead so it felt really warm. There were also no elastic loops to tie together to at least keep the hood in place. Would have preferred if the elastic went along all the edges of the hood like any conventional jacket. If only it was removable, I would have swapped out the hood from a different jacket. In addition, in its folded state I felt something sharp poking through the mesh part and discovered it was part of the zipper teeth at the base which was not well-finished so I used scissors to cut and file the sharp edges off. Had I not discovered it, it would probably have poked a hole through eventually. The only thing I like was the pockets. It was a relatively cool morning and I can't imagine using this in a tropical climate due to its poor breathability (and I'm actually used to high humidity). Overall, it probably functions ideally if you're not moving vigorously or doing active sports - in which case an umbrella would suffice. Kinda regretting this buy.”

“Unfortunately, the shoes don't fit comfortably for me. They seem to be quite big width- and height-wise. Also, they don't slip on too easily for me. Hoping that a new generation of weatherproof shoes will be more comfortable.”

“Let's leave alone the fact that numptie here forgot to change the delivery address in Kickstarter when I moved in January, and I haven't been able to pick the shoes from the new owner at the old address, and move on to the real nub of the matter.... Being asked to do a review on a pair of shoes I can't have had for more than few days, shoes that are designed for WINTER, and were delivered in the middle of a HEATWAVE in August! C'mon guys! Gimme a chance! Very much looking forward to using the shoes once the weather is more appropriate and so expect a review sometime around February!”
