How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

“EU-size wrong, much smaller in reality (US size might be correct). Shoe looks nice. But since no exchange is currently possible, cannot say how comfort/performance would be. Apart from the fit size: also very tight to slip foot into the shoe, probably nice when wearing the shoe but very difficult to get in. Note the "special" shoelace: it looks very nice but not sure how reliable it will be if shoes are worn for performance (sports, trecking).”

“The shoe itself is nice. So I ordered two times. The first time, eberything was alright. But the second time, with the package there came a duty fee for 76€! There is no telephone number to contact tropicfeel and my e-mail was not answered until today. I will never order here again and would not recommend it!”

“I received the wrong size of shoes, well they didn't fit and had no label, stating the size. I returned the pair, and was also charged a return fee, when I had in fact received the wrong size in the first place”
