“These shoes literally fell apart on the second wear. I tried them on in my home 2 times before wearing them out and in that time, the green plastic piece started falling off and when I went to tighten the laces a bit, the little knob on the end fell off and I haven't been able to put it back on. Customer service still hasn't processed my return request, either. Hopefully their other shoes aren't as cheaply made as these. It's really a shame because their company values seem like good ones, I was just hoping for more of a quality product.”

“The stoppers of the shoe laces have poor quality. So when they were delivered the stoppers slipped off the laces and now you cant adjust the laces anymore.”

“I bought them to replace my normal daily walking shoes and was intrigued with the whole idea of the shoes being durable and for traveling. Unboxing the shoes revealed nicely designed shoes. I love the look and color, but wearing them was just really uncomfortable. Especially at the heal pad, it is so stiff my heels could rub on them and get blisters. It was a bit sad returning them, but I couldn't justify keeping them for the price and discomfort. It got a whole lot more annoying when I realized returning them costs so much. I don't mind paying for the return but 8€ is just too much. All in all disappointed. I would not recommend anyone buying this to try them out for the first time, especially because you'd only lose money to return them.”

“Es lo que pasa cuando compras fuera de amazon, uno espera que podra cambiar el producto gratis y resulta que no es asi. Cada vez tengo mas claro, solo comprar en amazon, el resto empresas, problemas: poca seriedad, mala logistica, tallas no estandarizadas... Y el servicio de atencion al cliente, pesimo, 1 dia para contestar una plantilla automatica... y encima hay que pagar para devolver... no le auguro un buen futuro....”
