“I never received it and yet there’s nothing I can do but waiting for investigation so I could have my money refunded. Endless waiting is very frustrating and lost my interest in getting the shoes. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

“Good Marketing, unfortunately the shoe arrived with broken seams and in a bad condition because you can see rests of glue at the adhesion of the shoe. Further more it is really tight, when you have wide feet it will not really fit.”

“The fit is larger than my other pair (Canyon) and the knot thing at the end of the lace broke while putting them on for only the second time. Returning / exchanging (from The Netherlands) was not an option. (The Canyon's are awesome though.)”

“Be careful when buying... the return and exchange policy is terrible. I bought the Monsoon, tried them on at home and seeing that they fit and that I wanted them for a trip where I'm going to walk a lot, I went out with them. My surprise came when I saw that they were so hard that I started to get chafing and blisters on my feet. I contact the brand to see if there is a possibility to return them and they say no because they are used. And if you return them unused, you also have to pay the shipping costs. On the one hand I understand that they don't want them used... but on the other hand I think: It's a shoe that costs more than 70€ and it's made of hard plastic... Do I have to take responsibility for that? Anyway, a bad experience with the shoes and the brand.”
