“The lace sent with the show is cheap. Worn once, and the plastic at the end of the lace came off. Now the lace strated untangling from the ends and the shoes look old after just one time wearing them.”

“These shoes literally fell apart on the second wear. I tried them on in my home 2 times before wearing them out and in that time, the green plastic piece started falling off and when I went to tighten the laces a bit, the little knob on the end fell off and I haven't been able to put it back on. Customer service still hasn't processed my return request, either. Hopefully their other shoes aren't as cheaply made as these. It's really a shame because their company values seem like good ones, I was just hoping for more of a quality product.”
