“The shoe itself is nice. So I ordered two times. The first time, eberything was alright. But the second time, with the package there came a duty fee for 76€! There is no telephone number to contact tropicfeel and my e-mail was not answered until today. I will never order here again and would not recommend it!”

“I received the wrong size of shoes, well they didn't fit and had no label, stating the size. I returned the pair, and was also charged a return fee, when I had in fact received the wrong size in the first place”

“I had high hopes for this sneaker. Unfortunately, the design makes it extremely difficult to put on. The tongue does not separate from the rest of the sneaker, so there is no way to make the opening larger. I have average feet and once on, the sneaker is very comfortable. Unfortunately I will need to return these.”
