How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

“I expected a lot more for the price. The zipper pulls are too small. The rounded top waste valuable space. The front laptop compartment is pointless b/c the exterior compression straps have slits/holes that expose the laptop compartment. There are no interior compression straps. The bag is not symmetrical and looks faulty. Also, the inner liner zipper does line up. There isn’t enough protection on the bottom, so the material touches the ground. Overall, the bag looks and feels cheap and I doubt it will last long. I would have returned the bag, but the return policy is very strict.”

“I expected a lot more for the price. It only works if you wear small thin clothes. Vacuum bags work better and do not add the extra weight that this accessory does. I would have returned the it, but the return policy is very strict.”

“I purchased 5 pairs of tropicfeel shoes, and love them all .... BUT! there is a big issue with size ... They vary from model to model and I can never be certain if they will fit. I buy 40 or 41, and don't know about other sizes, but these sizes vary and it's something that must not happen!”
