How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

“Much larger than a normal 40EU size. The plastic stuff at the end of shoelace is broken the first time I use it. I'm so surprised by the low quality. Tax and delivery fee are not included, therefore too expensive to get reimbursed. Sorry to say that the brand is in my black list.”

“I'm a bit embarrased because the shoes are comfortable and I'm glad to have buy something a little eco-responsible but the main feature for which I pre-ordered it, the waterproofing, does not matches my expectation. To add salt to injury, some of my ancient shoes are less prone to getting wet and they are not even advertised as water resistant. So for waterproof shoes, the performance are very poor”

“I like it, but I feel like it doesn't allow me to put a lot of stuff in the backpack. I mean it's useful for carrying little things but it doesn't help me for bigger stuff or even underwear.”

“I already have a size 39 in the Cala/Sunset and find them so comfortable; I used the size guide to double check for Geyser and ordered the same size again however I find these too big (my Mum ordered the 41 and has the same problem). I chose the Geyser Great rather than Litli as they seemed more waterproof with the extra height but wish I'd ordered Litli. The seam where the upper waterproof sock attaches to the rest of my right trainer is jaggy and has cut the back of my heel and given me blisters after just a short walk.”

“I think the materials used have a very "cheap" look. I'm going to have problems using it, because the ankle rubs against the side. Entry too short. I can send a picture. I previously bought the CANYON model that I found much more balanced in the look and materials. This model only has the particularity of not being possible to use in the field. It doesn't have enough support, so the foot slips, not providing the necessary security for outdoor activity. Beautiful for use in the city or on flat terrain.”

“It's cute, but not functional. The bottle is too small, the walls are not insulated, and the mouth is so small it will make cleaning difficult. I won't be using this water bottle at all. I will probably just end up throwing it out because my kids don't even want to use it. The mouth is too small to put ice in. I love the backpack, but this was a waste.”
