“On the video comercial it looks really nice and amazing but when I received the shoes it looks like a cheap suburban flea market sneakers. The finished is a little bit untidy, on the back side of the ankle I found patches of glue unable to remove. Well I use it this summer for go to the beach and gym and I'll forget forever more. Thanks bye”

“I've been told my MSRP has been delivered but it has not. I've emailed tropic feel and they just keep telling me it's been delivered. I'm very unhappy at the moment, hopefully they can rectify this issue because, let's be honest it's not a cheap jacket and right now I feel like I've been done”

“The shoelace broke as soon as I took them out of the box and tried them on to tighten them. I sent an email about this and didn't hear back. I'm looking to send them back. I've had 3 pairs of tropic feels and I rave about these shoes, but the customer service I received on this is subpar at best.”
