“I have never received my order and no response to my emails about this issue. I am very disappointed and I want my money back. If you would have responded to my emails I would have been fine with another solution but now I am just fed up with this.”

“The shoe itself is fine, but the shoelaces are too small, so they make the shoe way too tight. They hurt my feet. I asked customer service if i could buy larger shoelaces but that was not possible. I can't ware them like this.”

“The shoes look cool but I found them to be not very comfortable. The back part rubbed on my heal so I sent them back. For that price I want a 100% comfortable shoe and they just weren't right for my feet.”

“I bought these for my husband, first in a 42 his normal size) and they were too small so I sent them back and ordered a 43 after measuring according to the size guide and they were also too small despite the size guide saying they would fit. The look is super cool and he is disappointed that they don'T fit.”

“The shoes look great but fit is off. One side feels much looser than the other. When its on, you can see where the ankle area of one side is much lower and exposes more feet than the other. I will not be buying this shoe again tho, regardless of the discounts. I LOVE the look of the shoe and that I can wear one pair of shoes for many different things but I must admit that for the price, quality is lacking. My first pair which I received in September 2019 already has so much wear and tear and I wear it maybe a couple of hours a week only. The outer toe corners of both sides already have holes and the sole is wearing off.”

“Would have for sure been great - but I ordered a shoe in size 40 EUR, it was labeled size EUR 40, but it was a shoe with actual at least size 42 EUR...so I assume a production error - very disappointing. Too bad. I liked the design a lot. An exchange by checking on the production and sending me one in th ecorrect size 40 would have been welcome, but instead, I had to beg for a return label not to have to pay the return for a mistake I haven't made. Hope you can check on this quality error more in the future.”
