“These shoes are unwearable. The back of the shoes have a hard lump that rubs against the back of my feet and rubs my heal raw after only 10 minutes of walking. Ive tried them with socks and have tried patiently to break them in on 3 separate occasion but the verdict is in Tropicfeels are defective. I am willing to give them a second chance if the issue has been resolved, but otherwise I am waiting on a response to process my return. I hope their customer support makes a better first impression than their disappointing product.”
