“The shoe itself met my expectations but the purchase and return process was the worst I have experienced recently. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit and I wanted to return them. The only options offered were an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, my size was taken. The possibility of exchange to a voucher was not offered. So I was left only the refund with 20€ deduction. 20€ Are much too much for a return. I would have been willing to order again a shoe in my size but with this experience I do not. “Overall the shoe looks great. However, the part at the heel hurts on the foot, it seems to be not high up enough and sewed poorly. Need to return it.”

“Hi, Unfortunately I'm not happy at all, Four months ago I bought the canyon shoe and I'm very pleased, So I ordered the new Jungle shoe at the same size, Unfortunately, the shoe is too tight and there is no match between the sizes, which makes it very difficult to buy online. In addition the shoe came with stains in the label area near the laces. In short I am very disappointed because I really love your company.”

“It's a nice item, sturdy, but simply too heavy to be great for backpacking (a bit unclear according to one scale over 650gr, my digital scale 830gr.) I would have returned it: I bought it separately. I bought the shell as a package with a choice of 2 pouches. I also ordered the Wardrobe. The company then changed their offer and started selling the Shell and the wardrobe as a package and argued I could not return the Wardrobe separately despite buying it as an individual item. I guess I'll just use it when I'm travelling with checked-in luggage.”

“I really REALLY love the versatility of these shoes and have found myself wearing them 9/10 times I’ve left the house (except for work). I was very hopeful after the reviews I’d read that they would stand up to the challenge of being my daily shoes - especially with them being aimed at travellers. Sadly, after just THREE MONTHS of owning them, they have very noticeable holes on both shoes around the little toes. I’d be prepared to accept that these may be a “one off” weak pair that I have but at £70, it’s hard to justify buying more.”

“The backpack is great in concept. however, I ordered the model shown online and received the old model with Velcro on the laptop pocket and plastic buckles on the outer straps. It doesn't seem to be a professional way to work, and I expect a professional address to the issue.”

“I have bought two pairs of Tropicfeel shoes and was an original backer of the Canyon. I supported those shoes because they are durable and can be easily slip-on/slip-off. This is not true with these shoes. The foot opening is significantly smaller than my other pairs, to the point where you cannot wear socks and have to stretch the entire shoe out to put it on. Once on, it fits extremely tight and is uncomfortable - and I have the same size as my other shoes from Tropicfeel which fit perfectly. I wish I could return them or exchange them for another pair of Canyons, but I do not want to pay the crazy shipping costs. Avoid this shoe.”
