“I wish they didnt look quite so cheap. They definitely looked nicer in photos and advertisements. I also wouldve gotten a 7 1/2. I havent worn them yet because they are a bit big, but after spending so much on them I didnt want to incur extra charges for a different size.”

“The absolute worst customer service Ive had in a long time. Their sizing chart online is wrong like an entire size off from US), so I accidentally purchased shoes that were a size too large. When I asked to exchange them, they wanted me to pay the full price to return them to China at least 30% of the shoes cost). When I asked if they would pay for return shipping, I got no response. This happened 3 times, finally I just paid to return them to get what I could out of a refund.”

“I was really excited to be a part of the crowdfunding experience for TropicFeel, delays in shipping and all totally understandable, and the company was great about communicating how/why/updated,etc.), but when I received my shoes, the size chart on the website was drastically different than the size listed on the box. On the website, my shoes were and Mens size 9.5, what I received was a Mens size 11 I swim in them and cant even try to make these work sadly, but in order to return or exchange them, I have to pay for shipping from the U.S. to Hong Kong So I literally have to pay nearly half of what I paid for the shoes to return them. And, with that, I wouldnt dare try to exchange the shoes for fear I might be sent the wrong size again and have to pay for shipping to return the shoes once more Great idea, kind and responsive company which is why I gave at least two stars) but I would not recommend attempting to buy a pair of these new kicks - its so not worth it. Im so sorry”

“They need to work on their design or they arent going to make it. My right toe has been uncomfortable pushing up over the white rubber tip of the shoe and blister on my left heel. If their brand is hiking or beaching and then go straight to lunch. It doesnt work if you are in pain during the workout aspect of the day. Just giving you feedback for them in case you are inclined to forward it on to them.”
