“I am very disappointed with my Canyon Tropicfeel shoes. After wanting to buy these shoes for a long time, I finally bought them only to find that after just one wear, the toe side on my right shoe is now close to ripping. It is already misshapen. I only wore these outside once and did not wear them anywhere challenging. I was so happy to back and support a start up company that share my values for sustainable produce and an aim to reduce plastic pollution. To pay this much for a pair of shoes that are faulty has left me not wanting to trust Tropicfeel. The fact that I probably wont get a replacement pair is even more sad. I had such high hopes for these shoes and am left very very disappointed.”

“I thought that this were really nice shoes but I received wrong shoes at first wrong model and they were obviously used before plus the right shoe was a lot bigger then the left one) and as I exchanged them I got dirty ones. The shoes have a big dark spot on top of the left shoe 2cm). The shoes are nice but they are not worth the price... I am curious about the quality they look like they will not last for to long. To bad, but this was really disappointing...”

“Your customer service was very nice and quick to respond, however, the fact that you wouldn't just give me a refund for shoes that literally cut up my feet and made me go through a month long exchange process and I had to pay for TWO shipping fees to return shoes back to y'all is RIDICULOUS. The shoes that I finally got are not the ones that I requested, which I find hard to believe since I even sent a picture of the requested shoes. Also, now I'm out more than $150 and have shoes that are still not wearable because of your fabric choices. It honestly sucks and I still would just like my money back.”
