We provided a return label to exchange for the correct colour as we want to make this right for you, but our tracking shows the original backpack has not yet been sent so no action has been taken. “I now have 5 pairs of Tropicfeel shoes plus the Shell, and if my Jungles ever come in I'll have 6 pairs. I'm a huge fan. But these Monsoons, I'm not sure I can wear them. The laces are ridiculously long. They're nothing like my Sunsets or Canyons. They look like long bug antennae waving in the air. I'm going to have to try cutting them or something before I can wear them.”
