Veel ruimte (breedte) voor de voorvoet, maar doir de veel te strakke boord bijna onmogelijk aan te trekken en eenmaal ingestapt blijft het gevoel van de te strakke boord wat leidt tot een erg oncomfortabele beleving van de schoen. Na 3 paar erg fijne Tropic feel schoenen, lijkt de tijd rijp voor een overstap terig naar bijvoorbeeld Nike of Adidas.

in 2024, I purchased the Shelter backpack and accessories and was very impressed by the design and build quality. So when I received the email regarding the Terra.001, and needing a set of hiking shoes for an upcoming trip, I ordered a pair the first day they were available. The items were never delivered and because I cannot find a customer service phone number, I have been left to deal with chatbot responses and frustration. I send emails and the response is that I need to fill out the same declaration I had prvided the previously. I ask for a refund and I'm sent the same ludicrous response time after time. Going to the website and tracking the order, the information says that the order is "fulfilled", although the logistics tracking information went from "out for delivery", on May 23rd, to "Shipment delayed", the next day. Never again will I purchase from Tropicfeel; not posting a customer service phone number should be a warning to any potential customer.

I bought a pair and plan in december of 2024 and did not use them until now. I went for a week of sailing in greece and these were my shoes for the week. In day 3 the outer white sole on my left shoe fell off. I tried to peel the sole on the other but that one is glued on for good. Either way… it is unacceptable for a sole to fall off after only 3 days of wearing the shoes. I did not even got in the water with them. Just normal, onboar and visiting the island.

they aren't as comfortable as I expected. and the other show I ordered arrived not glued.. now I have no shoes, and I can't use my gift card, cause you don't ship to Israel :/

I ordered Nook 1.0 backpack and didn't receive it even after a month. Initially Tropicfeel was supporting but then thry went mute and started ghosting.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this backpack—the closure cord broke almost immediately. After returning it under warranty, I've now been waiting for more then eight weeks for a replacement. Despite this long wait, I have yet to receive any update from Tropicfeel. Instead, I've only been met with excuses, including claims that the package was lost during shipping. Service is so poor and bad.
