“I really, really wanted to like these. I was looking for an “all in one” shoe I could wear to museums, restaurants, and hikes, and these seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately, they didn’t work out. Immediate blisters, and obvious poor quality construction. The poor quality would have been manageable, but the blisters were not. Unfortunately, I needed to wear them outside to actually attempt to break them in, so no ability to return them. Two stars only because they do genuinely look nice (from a distance).”

“’m sure the product would have been great – if only I had received it. I placed my order on April 14th, and as of May 5th, it still hasn’t even left the warehouse. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but all I get are vague excuses about an “investigation” and zero real help. I’m flying abroad on May 8th and needed this item urgently – but clearly, this company doesn’t care. No product. No refund. No responsibility. Extremely disappointed.”

“Sorry to say. Used them once. Got 5 blisters so it was horrible. If I can return them I would. Horrible experience using them in my vacation to El Salvador.”
