“The shoes while nice, unfortunately did not fit. The sizes on the website do not really correspond to traditional sizes. The Tropicfeel customer service has been very poor. While they initially said they would exchange the shoes for free and cover shipping costs, they later retracted and said I would have to pay for shipping. They have also been very slow to respond and have now stopped responding all together. I would not typically purchase shoes online, but expected based on the company's website that if size or fit were an issue, it could be a painless process to exchange. Unfortunately it has been anything but!”

“The size 10 in this shoe is too large for my feet. I have emailed twice requesting how I go about exchange. No response yet. They did tell me that if I wanted a refund on the shoes, I would have to pay over $20 dollars just to get a return sticker.... Not what one reads when they are selling their product.”

“The bag arrived soaking wet and without the wardrobe compartment. After many emails backwards and forwards to tropicfeel , they have Attempted to charge me again and have so far refused to send the wardrobe system or process a refund. So sad , because I was so excited for this company.”
