“The shoe appears poorly made with irregular seams, extra material. I would return it if I could actually speak to a person, but I dont have time to play runaround with a customer service department that is nonexistent. After the horrible delay in shipment and the poor customer service, I would NEVER recommend tropicfeel to anyone. I like to support small companies and start upsbut seriously, get your shit together before selling something.”

“Great product but awful customer service. I bought a pair of shoes which were too small and purchased a new pair and thus returned the old ones. Not only was I required to pay 13 to return the shoes to France but I have tried contacting the company 3 times and havent received a reply in 6 days”

“Terrible sneakers. I bought two pairs for myself and my wife. on the first day we just walked, the sneakers nagged heavily in the on the legs and we have different types of feet with my wife but both were under comfortable as legs got numb. When we went to train, running out of the water, both slipped and scratched elbows and knees, the sneakers were torned . Since we are still on vacation, we have to go in torn sneakers with «beautiful» knees. By the way, we recently decided to relax the laces and pull the laces out of the upper holes. in the end, we both had one plastic tip tied off with laces, now each of uss laces look like whisks on one side”

“The delivery took much longer than promised. The shoe works well. But unfortunately the shoe is too small. Another negative point the customer has to pay for the return costs - a no-go nowadays.”
