“They need to work on their design or they arent going to make it. My right toe has been uncomfortable pushing up over the white rubber tip of the shoe and blister on my left heel. If their brand is hiking or beaching and then go straight to lunch. It doesnt work if you are in pain during the workout aspect of the day. Just giving you feedback for them in case you are inclined to forward it on to them.”

“I was very excited for these shoes since I ordered them last year. After waiting for 8 months, I was sent shoes that were too big for me. I had ordered the size based on Tropics recommendations. I then had to pah $40 to get a pair one size smaller. These shoes were too small. So small that they block off blood circulation. My feet have never been more sore in my life. Very very very disappointed”

“They make it difficult to exchange. I ordered the size I always get and they are WAY too small. When I put on the shoes, you can see my big toes stretching out the front fabric. The top fabric is thin and lightweight so I roll onto the front toes when I walk. After only 7 days, they say you can no longer even exchange the shoes, so Im out $100 and have to throw out these shoes, or goodwill I suppose? Blown away by the terrible customer service.”

“Extremely disappointed. I was sent the wrong size twice, having paid shipping myself for the second pair. And when I received the second pair that was the wrong size I was told it is my fault, even though your sizing chart was different than what I received. Unfortunately would not consider purchasing again unless this is made right.”
