“I would love to give this shoe a better rating but I cannot. I sent back my shoes for an exchange with a tracking number that was requested. But I never heard back from Tropic Feel regarding any exchange being made. I submitted at least 4 email inquiries with no reply and I have yet to receive my shoes.”

“The shoe is good but I still havent heard back from my issue. I have two rubber lace stoppers kissing on one of my shoes. It makes it impossible to wear with the laces it comes with.”
