“My laces broke the first day I got these and no one has answered any of my emails”

“I purchased these shoes on August 23rd. The website said they would be ready to ship on August 25th and I paid extra to get the 3 day shipping. I still have not received a shipping notice which is very disappointing because I purchased these shoes to take with me on a 3 week vacation. I leave for vacation on the August 31st, so there is no way I will get them in time.”
