“The finish is low quality e.g. you can see the glueing, the material bulges in odd places and materials arent the best. But they feel good to wear. They support good posture and have a really comfortable step. Nothing world changing, but comfortable.”

“I have emailed you over 10 times and reached out on two social media platforms regarding a refund and I have received NO RESPONSE. Your customer service is appalling, I am disgusted by the way you treat you customers by providing me with no information on how to return my trainers despite you having a returns policy for website orders). You are essentially denying me a refund by not responding but you have taken my money The trainers arrived over a week late yet you seem to take absolutely no responsibly for anything. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
