Was trying to wear and then it brokes. Now I'm waiting for more than a week for Support.

After putting them on for the second time, the lace broke. Mail to support: they would send a replacement. One week, 2 weeks… nothing. Contact support: « yes sir , a replacement can take up to 3 weeks to arrive ». 3 weeks still nothing. So had the shoes 2 months now ,worn them once and that’s it. And all you get from support is excuses. Love the shoes but the service is severely lacking .Still no laces

I still have not received this product and have paid for the item. I am unable to get any help on this issue and I've contacted support multiple times. Now I have paid for the item and received nothing. I am extremely dissapointed.

Comfortable but problems with lace and knot stoppers. Very weird.

The sizing is insane and difficult to figure out and their customer support isn't great. I will never make another purchase with them and wouldn't ever recommend them.

Think you should take a different approach on the laces, I received a completely new pair but after just a few weeks of daily wear they are defective aswell. Not really hyped for another

Después de dos semanas recibiendo mensajes para que tuviera paciencia con la entrega porque había mucho volumen de entregas, y después de poner una reclamación a DHL Parcel, me han comunicado que el paquete ha sido devuelto a Alemania. No he llegado a recibir las zapatillas, y no consigo reclamar la devolución porque el portal de devoluciones no contempla la posibilidad de no haberrecibido la mercancías. Por favor indíquenme cómo proceder.
