“For the past two years, the quality of Tropicfeel has dropped significantly. Less resistant materials than before, odors that did not remain in the shoes before… Now they even try to sell you models that they do not have available. It is a shame to see how quickly they have destroyed what they created.”

Right now I would rate this experience a 0 out of 5 and I would not recommend this product to others. I am still waiting for this product to arrive issue to be resolved.”

“Más de 17 días para llegar. La empresa de transporte estuvo más de 3 días diciendo que lo entregarían ese mismo día y nada. Me tuvieron que devolver el dinero ya que eran para un viaje de vacaciones y no llegaron. Muy mala gestión y experiencia por todas las partes.”

“Very poor customer service The shoe didn't fit, offered no support and was very soft. Only when I returned it did I realise that I had to pay 9.90 euros postage for the return. That's a rip-off. The return address is in Germany. The DHL postage is 5.49 euros when I could have sent it myself. I assumed that the return would be free of charge - as is usual. This was my first return Update: Meaningless answer from Tropicfeel ☹️ The team does nothing, insists on the return fee. I will report on all channels about the bad service My PayPal address for refund: volkerherzig@ web.de”

“I never received them. Customer service takes a few days to respond to messages and they haven't been much help. No word of the shoes getting shipped out again or any sort of refund. I had to file a claim with my credit card to actually get my money back from this company. For those of you wanting to order these shoes, hopefully, you get them. If your package goes missing, good luck getting them re-shipped or getting your money back.”
