“After they came and opened the vent in the 2nd bedroom, we could sleep. The towel rack was off the wall in the bathroom. Other than that, it was wonderful! It was a beautiful condo, and so nice to hear the ocean from the balcony!”

“Great condo, beautiful furniture, great beds. Very Nice view, especially in the mornings. For the master bedroom, the TV was stuck in spanish mode, but found directions on how to use the guide, in the living room. Air conditioner was awesome. I would recommend this Resort and this Condo.”

“On average the condo at 702 Diamond Beach was fair. The ice maker did not work during our entire stay; one of the window curtains did not function, when we arrived we noticed a small hole in the wall by the entry door. All of these were reported to Ryson staff. We were told a repair person would arrive either that day or the next day to check on these items but that did not happen. We did not hear from anyone about these defects.”
