“Lovely home, close to the beach, and very clean on the inside. Beds were comfy, but could use some new pillows as most of the ones in the house were flat. The microwave wasn't working, but Ryson had us a temporary microwave that afternoon. The outside furniture is not as pictured, there were only red plastic Adirondack chairs. When my husband or son sat in them, the chairs leaned far beyond where they normally should, so neither of them would sit outside.”

“Once Upon a Tide is exactly as seen in the pictures. Only steps away from the beach. Plenty of room for two families. Excellent location. I would stay here again without hesitation.”

“The location and view were fabulous, even though there appears to be a house between you and the beach. It was noted that the telescope from the picture was not there. We were unable to get the shower to work in the second bath. It may have been operator error, but nonetheless, 3 of us were unable to figure it out. All in all, we had a fabulous time and plan to make it a yearly event. We would definitely consider re-renting this very clean charming house.”
