“It could use a screen wooden door in the deck going in to the house my granddaughter of 2years old fell of the stairs if there was a screen wooden door this could have been avoided just my input but the rest of the house was absolutely % beautiful enjoyed it”

“The home was sufficient due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate my family. I understand this house is a rental and one wouldn't put the top of the line amenities but the upkeep is lacking and dated. The following is a list of disappointments: 1. The refrigerator did not cool our food. Everything that we put into the frig had been in coolers with ice. When the maintenance man came to check on it, the temp in the frig was only 55 degrees witch is not cool enough. The temp should should be around 40 degrees in order to keep food safe. 2. We put ice into the freezer and it was melting. Also juice pops were placed into the freezer and did not freeze. The maintenance people brought another refrigerator/freezer and it worked great. 3. There were a few pieces of furniture that was broken or fabric torn, pantry doors were cracked and paint peeling. 4. The right hand sink in the 1st downstairs bathroom was clogge and dirty which leads me to believe that perhaps the unit is not checked or cleaned thoroughly after renters leave. Upon further inspection it was discovered that a bottle cap had been thrown down the sink and it was removed. By the way sink stopper had been removed allowing things to go directly into the drain. One of the sink stoppers in the bathroom upstairs was also missing the stopper and a round object was in the drain, but not plugged. 4. It rained very hard 1 night and the smaller bedroom upstairs could not be slept in because it became very musty and damp. The smell came from the door to the lower attic. 5. In all bathrooms there was mold around the bathtubs around the caulking and instead of taking off all the caulking and getting rid of the mold more caulking was put on top of it and was peeling. Which is disgusting. 6. Every room had several different colors of paint on the walls. It looks as though repairs were made and care was not taken to match paint. One room had a section that was not even painted. 7. My family and I would have loved to swim in the canal but could not because there was no ladder in order to climb out of the water. I could go on and on. You may think that I am being knit picky but when I am paying to rent a vacation home I expect it to be comfortable and in good shape. “Not much to complain about. As a "do it your selfer" there are some items that stood out to me. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing, eaves are rotted above the upper deck, railing isn't safe for kids, and a few other minor items. But it is a rental, and it was fine. AC worked well (thank YOU!) and we had a blast. Cooking utensils were adequate, but our main focus wasn't cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your folks took care of our trash issues quickly when the cans were full. There were no lids for the cans, so I worried about birds, but had no issues there. I will look to book with Ryson in the future, you folks were great to work with.”

“House was ok Table in kitchen was broken we fixed it Legs on table chair was broken we fixed it Siding on house was coming off we tacked it back to the house”
