“It's obvious that the owners of this house are only interested in the income it generates. They SERIOUSLY need to put some work into it. Anyone with toddlers should NOT stay here. The deck is a serious hazard with several broken spindles and exposed nail heads. They need to do more than just hang a sign to tell people to wear shoes. And the AC drains straight in front of the door, so it's always wet and you get rained on every time you go out. A diversion pipe would be a simple - cheap fix. The location is great and the size of the house is suitable with plenty of room for midsize groups.”

“Bed are nosy, tv n vhs players (back to the future zone), no trash can fishing area, cleaning expectations might as well ask for cleaning refund, only 2 trash bags (not enough for 13 people), there were stain on beds and pillow. The bed, sofar, and dinner chairs all sink to the maximum level feels like a midgets sitting or laying on it. Wouldn’t go back ever”

“The oven didn’t work. The mattresses are not a good quality & not comfortable at all. The carpet needs cleaning. There is no liner to the shower curtain upstairs & the curtain has a gross stain. The boat lift does not work. There is only one outside trash can. The stairs inside are steep & dangerous. The upstairs AC significantly leaks onto the deck below. The house is not ready to be rented. It is just kind of gross. The house needs to pressure washed.”
