I purchased the Waterdrop G3P800 RO system. I also purchased the small pressure tank to connect to my fridge. My wife and I absolutely love it!! We used to fill our jugs at our natural grocery store but now we can use clean and pure water anytime we want without running out. It was also a game changer for us having reverse osmosis ice cubes from the fridge as well. Now our smoothies and our drinks have pure water every time. I want to mention how amazing the customer service is at Waterdrop. I can honestly say I have never had such incredible service and help. I had a few minor issues and needed some assistance. I always received a prompt reply, and Waterdrop went above and beyond getting me what I need with zero hassle. I can’t brag enough about the reps. I have dealt with a few of them and they rank top service out of all my online shopping I’ve done over the years. The filter itself works fantastic! My sister and my father in law have also now purchased the exact same one. They also love theirs! I found installation to be easy, and I love that the unit comes with a UV sterilizing light as a final step. Our water tastes amazing! The TDS reader also is accurate when comparing it to a different reader. I couldn’t be more happy with my unit and with the outstanding service Waterdrop continues to provide me. Thank you Waterdrop for making such a quality and effective product. A couple other things I love about this particular Reverse Osmosis unit is that it’s BPA free, and lead free. The hoses and parts are also food grade and no concerns for contamination. It’s pure clean water from start to finish!!! I love that this unit is tankless. It makes a slight noise for 20 seconds after use as It’s back-flushing. It’s hard to hear and doesn’t cause any issues. I have been using my unit now for about 3 months and it’s by far the best RO machine on the market for a tankless system. Waterdrop gets an A++++

I purchased the Waterdrop G3P800 RO system. I've only had it installed a couple of weeks but I'm very pleased with it so far. My previous system had a large tank under the sink to store the water & it was possible to run it empty at time & then have to wait for it to refill. I appreciate the convenience of having filtered water all the time, although there is no way that I'll ever use 800 gallons/day. My only negative comment would be that it is rather noisy but hopefully I'll get used to that. When it is running, or doing whatever it does, it sounds like a helicopter buzzing my house!

Location Please note that there must be at least 1" space between the unit and the cabinet, or the noise level may increase significantly. 2. Clogged filter The noise of the unit will increase if one or more filter is nearly clogged. In order to confirm this, could you please let us know the following details, thank you: a. Are you on municipal tap water, or well water? b. Is it possiblet to get a TDS reading of your source water? c. Is the filtered water's flow rate slower than before? 3. We are very happy with our Waterdrop G3P800 RO system. It replaced a tank-style system that after two years the filter costs exceeded the cost of the unit itself, and had pretty low water pressure. Comparing the two, the Waterdrop filter provides more water, at higher pressure, for a longer period, which is helpful, especially for filling the pet water fountains, coffee pot, and the icemaker and fridge water dispenser. The water tastes great. We had a small issue in that the faucet did not read the TDS when originally installed. Waterdrop quickly had a new faucet sent to me, and it's worked perfectly over the month we've had it. The true test of a company is when things go wrong, and Waterdrop passed that one with flying colors. The install was easy, instructions were clear, and all needed parts were included. I did it myself in about 45 minutes, with most of the time spent taking out the old system, and adapting things to the Waterdrop. Of course this part of the experience is likely going to vary as every house is going to be slightly different. I can certainly recommend the Waterdrop G3P800 from my experience to date.

I caused great grief for Waterdrop customer service. I did not notice a secondary valve that was connected to my prior Waterdrop installation. Back and forth with Waterdrop since it was still taking 12 seconds to fill an 8oz glass. They shipped me replacement filters and when that didn't work they shipped a replacement 800 GPD. Then as I was getting ready to replace the unit, I discovered the hidden partially opened valve. Oy vey, I really felt stupid. Immediately after opening the valve, the Waterdrop filled an 8oz. glass in less than 5 seconds (better than the claimed 6 seconds). These people are great. The unit operates flawlessly! They didn't even charge me for shipping the second unit back. Kudos to the product development team (several improvements over the prior generation product) and to the customer service staff.

First and most important, the customer service is awesome! All my questions were answered and were very understandable, not leaving me hanging as some companies have. They always answer the phone. Waterdrop is the best RO system i have had and will never change, love the way the filters change, very easy! (Had to repeat what i said above because it was so meaningful ) The RO system is the easiest to install and not as bulky as the one i had with the tank. The filters are so easy to replace. As a suggestion, if they offer a discount for spending a certain amount of money as they did for me, make sure you are spending at least that amount or you wont get the discount, i purchased two units and only got a discount for one even though it was so close to that amount, if i bought two additional filters one for each then i would have gotten the discount i thought i was going to get. Other than that, im very happy with the system, good value

The product is simply amazing. Perfectly engineered. High quality materials. You get clean, On Demand, never standing water at a decent speed. The system cost more; you're going to spend a bit extra on filters vs other models, but you also get a product that filters better, wastes less water, faster. You get bacterial UV treatment. Most importantly you get all of this with literally zero maintenance on your part, other than replacing the filters, which is a very easy task. It can't get any better than this. The water taste great, it seems to be extremally clean, I really love this machine. Customer service also great.
