“I had a problem with a previous filter that I had purchased from this company. The filter was a generic for another pitcher system that I had been using. I wrote a review stating thatI was disappointed with the replacement filter. The company reached out to me to see how they could resolve the problem. They sent me a completely new pitcher and filter, which was this "WaterDrop Chubby" system. I like this pitch much better than the previous system that used a "meter" to determine the dissolved solids in the water. This filter has lasted for over 30 days now and the water still tastes great! I would have already used 2 of the other filters compared to this one. I also LOVE the fact that I can refill the pitcher right through the lid compared to the other one where the lid had to be taken off each time... minor issue but sure is convenient! Would recommend this pitcher for anyone looking to either replace their other filter system or looking to acquire a pitcher/filter system for the first time!”

Filters last at least 3 months and are reasonably priced.
Filters reduce fluoride which is very important to me in addition to chlorine.
