“I don't trust these people! I asked for the offered "free" filter and they sent me the WRONG one; then the "3rd degree," to fix the problem! The replacement light is always blue - doesn't work! DO NOT BUY THIS!”
“Have used this pitcher for several years and continue to receive replacement filters as needed, every 90 days. The only issue is the 'counter' on pitcher has quit working but I just make a note on my calendar so I know when to replace filters.”
