I am sorry that you found the venison steak lacking taste as I would say of the three types of venison steak we offer, it has the strongest taste. However I am delighted that you gave the company 5 stars for handling your delivery so well.
The only solution to the taste issue might be to marinade it with your choice of herbs and spices or apply a dry rub. Our venison is hung for 7-10 days so it should have natural taste.
