“The venison haunch steaks arrived as part of a larger game order.
The order arrived as promised at the correct time, neatly packaged in recyclable insulated media.
The steaks themselves were cooked simply to medium rare on a griddle, in a simple fashion with a rub of olive oil and a sprinkle of maldon salt and freshly ground black pepper.
They did not disappoint and were devoured by all in our family and were so well received that they will be appearing on our table again very soon.”
