“Trampoline seems sturdy and the kiddos love it! Betty in customer service was great when the original model we ordered wasn't available. They worked with me to get me a different model and it came quickly and was in great condition. Definitely a two-person job to put together, but well worth it. I hope it lasts!!!”

“We’ve had this trampoline outside every day for the past 4 years and overall is holding up well. After many play dates and kids climbing on it, the blue spring cover has gradually worn off which is not surprising. I contacted Zupapa and their outstanding customer service made it very easy to arrange for a replacement which we received a few days later. We look forward to continue having our kids enjoy this trampoline for more years to come. Thanks.”

“Bought the 10 FT trampoline for my kids last year at my wife's insistence, and was floored by the quality of the product and the ease of assembly. I am an Emergency Medicine physician, and was hesitant to purchase at first but the construction is top notch and the safety padding and net have proven to be plenty to protect my two kids from falls or mishaps. Now I know any time my kids are playing I can rest assured that they are safe and having a blast. I also want to recognize Heather on the Zupapa customer service staff for her help in ordering a replacement part which was damaged in a storm last fall. Thanks to her, my kids will be back out enjoying the trampoline in no time. Order with confidence, I highly recommend this trampoline and the have full confidence in the customer service staff who are always willing to help. Thanks Zupapa!!”

“Very good Trampolin. Got it for my daughter's birthday. She loves it. Yesterday, we just had a heavy wind. The frame was broken, We were sure that we had lost It. I contacted Zupapa about possibly buying a new frame. The customer service , Heather responded me same day, help me solve the problem.thank you”

“We received our trampoline a few weeks ago and has been a lifesaver during the pandemic to help wear out our kids. We were impressed with the quality of the product and the installation was a breeze. The customer service has been amazing so far. We received updates about shipping and the company even refunded us the difference from our pre-order and the current price!”
