“We purchased the 2019 model last year and used it the entire season. We are by Lake Erie so the elements can be a little rough at times. This trampoline is built very well and can handle the elements. We had one issue with a netting support pole and customer service took care of it right away and sent us a new pole right away. Great company to deal with!”

“Zupapa Trampolines are the best, the design and the quality are the meant for safety, I have had our Trampoline for 3 years now being used almost daily with 3 preteen boys and the kids in the neighborhood. The customer service is outstanding. We had an issue with one of our poles that was damaged during a tornado and I emailed them and they responded within the next day. Lve Zupapa, would not get any othe brand. Customer for life. Thanks Lan”

“Very nice trampoline, happy with the product. Would highly recommend ordering 3rd party heavier duty ground anchors though, especially if your property is not protected from wind/gusts as the anchors that come with it are not very effective. Customer service is outstanding- we used the anchors provided and had a large gust of wind blow our trampoline into someone else's house and hadn't even had it up 24 hours yet. Zupapa customer service shipped replacement parts out right away so we could replace the damaged parts and get the trampoline set back up.”
