“My 10 and 4 year olds love this trampoline. It is sturdy, durable and provides hours of entertainment. I worked with Lan in Customer Service who was very helpful and responsive to resolve my issues. Highly recommene Zupapa!!”

“We absolutely love our trampoline! The kids spend countless hours on it, and after 2 full years of use, it has held up very well. There have not even been signs of wear. We live in the Midwest and most of the trampoline has to stay put in the winter months. It was shipped quickly, and 4 of us (me, my husband, 12 year old son, and 10 year old daughter) put it together in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately, a storm came through a few months ago and a tree fell on a portion of the trampoline. We contacted Zupapa for replacement parts. They responded to my messag within hours and have been so easy to work with. We would most definitely recommend this product and will purchase it again in th future when we do need to replace our current trampoline! 5 stars all around!”

“Funny reading other customer experiences that are amazingly similar...have had the 15' model for just over a year and have been entirely satisfied with the trampoline, but based on my personality, probably would have never written a review (I could probably count on my hands how many reviews I've written over the years). But when a winter storm blew threw and toppled a tree onto our trampline's frame (we had taken everything else off for the winter), we were left with about 5 damaged frame pieces. My expectations were low for getting replacement pieces... consider me a pessimist. But Lan in customer service got right back to me and after a few back and forths to assess which replacement parts I needed, they shipped them right out. Couldn't have been happier with their diligence in customer service. Great product...even better customer service!”

“We got the 15' trampoline for our kids for Christmas a little over a year ago. It's been a great trampoline, the kids love it. We had an issue with the zipper on the door of the net recently. I emailed customer service at Zupapa to ask them which net I needed to order as a replacement. They told me that I didn't need to order a net, but they would send me one free of charge. I had forgotten about the warranty, but it turns out the net is under warranty for 2 years. They shipped the net the next day and I had it within a couple days. What a pleasant surprise it was to experience such amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this product for its durability, safety features, and for the Zupapa customer service.”
