“Very pleased with our fabric, we chose a few samples first which arrived quickly and after selecting our favourite the ordering process was simple, the price was excellent and delivery was swift. Highly recommended. Thanks so much.”

“Really good quality and great colour. Only down was it said that the fabric would come rolled and it was folded. The creases did come out after a couple of days.Would have been easier to handle rolled.”

Hi, Thanks for your review, and we're glad to hear that you liked the fabric. I'd just like to clarify though, that while we do offer shipping the fabric on a roll, you selected a shipping option which stated that it would be sent folded in a bag. I'm glad to hear that you liked the fabric, and that you managed to get the creases out.

“I still haven’t received my order I have sent emails stating that my order as not delivered but still no reply there is no phone number to contact them which is maddening as i have paid for my order that I have not received then they send me emails to leave them a review so here you go i am not happy .”

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received your parcel. I did reply to your email on May 13th, and followed up on May 16th. Perhaps my emails have gone to your junk folder? While I can see that your package has not been delivered, we do typically want clarification on the address before sending replacements, as an address error can sometimes be the cause. I will try to contact you again, but if you see this reply, please email us with your address and we will ship out a replacement for you - otherwise we can cancel and refund the order. “Ordered 2 lots of Waterproof Oxford fabric. 1 was marked with ink from the invoice as it had been put with printed side against the fabric. Contacted seller who responded quickly. I sent photos of marked fabric. They apologised and said would replace, which they did so immediately! Great customer service!! Recommend and will purchase from them again.👌”
