Delivered to wrong address and was charged for the order. Contacted support they immediately denied my claim. Then asked for proof it was delivered to wrong address. I emailed the proof they asked for and a week later and several emails no reply from them.
They basically robbed me. I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about it.
